“At MATTA, we are committed to delivering craftsmanship that lasts. Because our furniture is meticulously inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse, we adhere to a strict No-Return/No-Exchange Policy for products delivered in good condition.

  1. Final Sale Status All items delivered without manufacturing defects or shipping damage are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer’s remorse, style preference, or fit. We encourage you to double-check your measurements and space requirements prior to purchase.
  2. Inspection Upon Delivery Upon receipt of your furniture, you (the customer) are required to inspect the item(s) thoroughly. If any defect or damage is found, it must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and reported to us within 24 hours.
  3. Online Payments & Disputes By completing your purchase through our secure online gateway, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy serves as a binding agreement to protect the integrity of our inventory and prevent unauthorized chargebacks for items delivered as described.”
