MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, guiding clients through their furniture buying experience, and meeting sales targets.
Present the company in a professional attitude with a strong product knowledge and ability to create a welcoming and helpful showroom environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Welcome customers warmly and offer attentive assistance throughout their visit.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
  • Promote the company’s image and uphold its reputation in every customer interaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend furniture solutions that align with their space, style preferences, and budget.
  • Provide accurate and thorough product information, including materials, dimensions, warranty terms, and delivery options.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and updated product displays in coordination with the Visual Merchandising team.
  • Stay up to date with the company’s product lines, ongoing promotions, and market trends.
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups with customers who visited the showroom but did not complete a purchase.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and confirm delivery appointments.
  • Handle after-sales issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters.
  • Provide structured feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and pricing through regular reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Baccalaureate Diploma or TS sales or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
