Sales Consultant – Antelias
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, guiding clients through their furniture buying experience, and meeting sales targets.
Present the company in a professional attitude with a strong product knowledge and ability to create a welcoming and helpful showroom environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers warmly and offer attentive assistance throughout their visit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- Promote the company’s image and uphold its reputation in every customer interaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend furniture solutions that align with their space, style preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and thorough product information, including materials, dimensions, warranty terms, and delivery options.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and updated product displays in coordination with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Stay up to date with the company’s product lines, ongoing promotions, and market trends.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with customers who visited the showroom but did not complete a purchase.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and confirm delivery appointments.
- Handle after-sales issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters.
- Provide structured feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and pricing through regular reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Baccalaureate Diploma or TS sales or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
