MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Responsible for allocating customers to the appropriate sales consultant and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Present the company in a professional attitude and ability to create a welcoming and helpful showroom environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all walk-in customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the showroom.
  • Allocate each customer to the appropriate sales consultant based on turns.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the company’s brand and values.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company in every interaction.
  • Accurately collect and input customer information in the daily checklist and showroom CRM/database.
  • Ensure all customer data is kept up to date, complete, and free of errors or duplication.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member as required.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries regarding branch location, opening hours, product availability, and ongoing promotions.
  • Support the branch team with basic clerical tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and coordination of schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and notifying the Branch Manager of replenishment needs.
  • Coordinate with delivery/logistics personnel when needed, including confirming delivery appointments or rescheduling requests.
  • Help prepare and organize customer files or product catalogs for in-branch use.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Baccalaureate Diploma or TS secretarial or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1 year of experience in reception / front office unit.
